Craft-Bamboo Racing AMR

Craft-Bamboo Racing was created when two leaders in their respective industries decided to join together and create an international motorsport enterprise. Craft Racing AMR was established in 2009 and was a front running team in Asian Championships for five years, winning many prestigious races and obtaining top championship positions throughout the region. Bamboo Engineering was founded in 2009 and has run cars in both the WTCC and GP3 series. Sharing a similar history and most importantly, carrying the same values and vision in their approach to motorsport, the two companies decided to merge in early 2014 to become Craft-Bamboo Racing. Remaining Aston Martin’s official technical partner in Asia, they began competing in multiple categories such as the WEC and invitational endurance events. The newly formed team continued to find success, finishing second overall in the GT Asia Series for 2014. Craft-Bamboo Racing has already claimed a 3rd place overall in the Bathurst 12 Hours in early 2015 and the team hopes to find even greater success while running a pair of Aston Martin Vantage V12 GT3s in the 2015 GT Asia season.
