Last weekend saw Aston Martin return to the largest celebration of motoring and car culture in the UK - Goodwood Festival of Speed.
It didn't take long for Aston Martin to make its mark on the 2014 event, with the unveiling of our spectacular Vision Gran Turismo concept - DP-100 - taking centre stage in the Michelin paddock at 9.30am on Friday morning. While DP-100 will only ever live in the virtual world, the full-size model unveiled at Goodwood brought the concept to life in remarkable detail.

With imaginations still fresh with visions of tackling the world-famous Goodwood Hill Climb in the spectacular DP-100, a selection of stunning models from our current range took to the track to give the crowds a taste of modern day Aston Martin.
Vanquish Volante, Rapide S, and the striking V12 Vantage S in Flugplatz Blue had the honour of showcasing their performance for the crowds, with some special guests - including the winner of our recent GT6 competition - joining our expert drivers in a lap of the iconic circuit.

With so many different vantage points around the circuit, a great shot is never far away. Here Rapide S - the world's most beautiful 4-door sports car - is caught by our photographer as it waits patiently for its moment to shine...
After spending some time on Friday in the Michelin Paddock , we transferred DP-100 over to its home in the Supercar Paddock where it would spend the rest of the festival.
This is extremely delicate work. Transporting a full-scale model like DP-100 takes time, attention, and plenty of care. The slightest imbalance of pressure and the risk of damage increases significantly.
As this picture shows however, we got DP-100 into position perfectly ...
Located over in the Cathedral Paddock we also held three race-hardened Vantages, still bearing the marks from gruelling 24 hours at Le Mans and Nürburgring the weeks before. That didn't stop these racers also making their way onto the Goodwood circuit for some exhilarating track time.
In a weekend of highlights, we also launched the #astonmartinfos hashtag, which gave fans on Twitter and Instagram the opportunity to share their favourite Aston Martin photos and videos on our special social feed.
